Well so much is happening here in Tacoma, that we'll have to give you some options for headlines!
MOUNTAINS! DESERTS! FORESTS! RIVERS! GLESSNERS SEE THEM ALL!
or we could go with
FAMILY SEES GOD WORKING IN CHURCHES FROM SEQUIM TO GLACIER!
or how about
GLESSNER SUPPORT LEVEL RISING!
or
DREW GLESSNER EXPECTED TO GO EARLY IN NFL DRAFT!
(Young Prodigy has the arm of a QB and the belly of a lineman!)

OK, perhaps Headline News is not in our future (hopefully neither are the tabloids, and don't get us started on bumper sticker theology). Nonetheless, it's only been six weeks since our last update, but there's been enough crammed into that time to fill several newsletters. We have been out to Montana and explored northern Idaho (visiting churches, of course!). We say it so often that it almost is a cliche, but we are continually encouraged by our time in churches. We've seen a number of people saved, and been in churches that are baptizing new believers and reaching their communities. This past Sunday in Ferndale, after the evening service Tim and Pastor Lundsford were able to explain the gospel to a young man and see him pray to accept Jesus as his Savior. Another bonus of our travels has been...it's spring in the Northwest. What a beautiful time to get around. We are thankful for safety in our 3600 miles of travel.

In other news, in only this past week we've seen our support go from 86% to 93%. It has been amazing and exciting to watch God provide. It seems apparent that He is directing to have us in Puebla by some time this summer. We only need $345/month more in committed funds for us to reach 100%.

SCHEDULE
We have been thankful for our busy schedule; it has opened the door to new friendships, prayer partners, and work partnerships. Things will stay busy in the next few months, although we generally won't be venturing so far for so long. Barbara-Lee's parents are coming out to visit Drew in May, so we hope to show them off in a few churches!

April 23rd Gatewood Baptist Church youth, Seattle, Washington
April 25th First Baptist Church, Richland, Washington
May 2nd Sunday School at First Baptist, UP (aka "home"!)
May 10th Northwest Baptist Seminary, Missions Class
May 16th First Baptist Church, Tumwater, Washington
May 23rd Grace Baptist Church, Lynnwood, Washington
May 30th-June 2nd Faith Baptist Church, Missoula, Montana

We could ramble on a while about our plans and thoughts for the future, but we are really considering how much more we should schedule. If the Lord provides the rest of our finances we will work on getting to Puebla in early summer. Some of the action items we will need to work out include:
1. Testing our Spanish abilities via a standard testing service. This will give us an accurate idea of our Spanish abilities and areas to work on.
2. Getting rid of furniture, storing items to keep here in the States, and packing items to take to Puebla. One need in this area is storage space.
3. Working out the logistics of our move to Puebla. We most likely will tow a trailer down with us, although we want to examine other options.
4. Selling our Subaru Legacy (there are unfortunately no Subarus in Mexico) and buying a vehicle that will be practical in Puebla.
5. Starting the process to get a visa for Mexico.

PRAISE
1. Seeing people saved. In addition to Ferndale, last Wednesday at Awana a boy in our class accepted Jesus as his Savior!
2. Our travels. For people and churches that have hosted us with warmth and generosity.
3. Financial support coming in.

PRAYER
1. Wisdom regarding the moving details listed above.
2. Tim's Bible studies with our neighbor haven't really taken off. We've been gone, but when we're here he's busy. Pray that we would be able to meet again.
3. That the Lord will provide finances in His time and open the door for us to move when He wants.

We do thank the Lord for you and your prayers.
